Considering it has been drifting either side $2.20 for the past 3 years, $2.70 seems a bit cheap to me too. With a 0.125 distribution per annum, we are only getting 4 year's worth of distribution as premium. While the buyers are getting a regulated, long-life asset, with its almost guaranteed cash flows, for the next 10-20 years.
