I'm genuinely interested in your statement, I've had a career that's peppered with examples of companies competing to extract fastest than the other utilising the same field reservoir, and have discussed the exact topic with the operators.
I wouldn't have a clue on said companies agreements between each other behind closed doors if any but from what I was told it was exactly what schuma said.
Can you explain a bit more please - curious more than anything as this comes up all the time.
