Ann: Extension of $40M Working Capital Facility until July 2023, page-3

Does anyone here have any idea when the arbitration proceedings scheduled for this month may conclude?! I'm surely not the only one expecting a decent outcome!

DCG is the only stock in the sector that hasn't bounced recently (still at 52 week lows unfortunately) so I have this theory the brokers are holding it back until either the money comes in from arbitration, additional debt facilities are secured or (hopefully not) a small capital raise takes places.

This stock is by far the best value in the sector and also the lowest risk in terms of geographic diversity and the nature of the contracts IMO. So I am prepared to keep buying as I see the deep value but am wondering if there are any additional insights into the timeline for securing a bit more working capital (if needed) to deliver on the growing enormous order book.
