Nomura heavy broker buying looks like an asian led broker acting for Koreans Japs or Chinese, might be LJ POSCO or Tsingshan Jinchuan.
No Oz Ni producers with available offtake left to invest in as all offtake has been agreed by all others already, EXCEPT POS.
PAN just signed with Trafigura for $45M cash.
MCR has BHP & trafigura deal.
WSA already has BHP Jinchuan.
Indo has chinese offtakers but forved them to refine locally & now strikes & rolling shutdowns
BS mill restart news should triple the SP like it did in 2014.
All roads lead to POS.
