Infrastructure spend is going to stimulate the world economy after the pandemic...Also the evolving situation in South Africa demonstrates the risks associated with mining in Africa. The high IO prices of 2021 single handily saved the fiscal budget from being a huge blow out and IMO the govt is relying on this again in 2021/ 2022 budget to reduce the deficit to a point, but hey i am not a economist haha
