If the market is mostly spooked by the uncertainty surrounding MGT ability to raise CAPEX, then this should be a priority for management to address. Waiting for DFS to be completed would be a poor excuse as they should know minimum biz case results that would be supportive in order to secure finance. After all, leaving the share price wallowing will not help in this endeavor.
