Hoping to get some advice form others in the forum,
I have build a share portfolio worth almost 150k however have a few expenses coming up (new car, some home renos)
Im really reluctant to sell my shares (CGT, divs and fomo on future growth) but i am going to need the cash!
A friend of mine encouraged me to get a personal loan from a Lendi or Wisr but im a bit put off by the rates (~8%)
Any thoughts/advice?
