I think it has something to do with the dodgy deal made with "The Dabai Group"...I guess the Arabs wanted a little more than the Lynch Family were prepared to give away. So it would seem that they were given the GF treatment & handed their money back. Lucky the SPP was successful or someone may have lost their left hand, aye!
Yes, I agree, when it comes to sizable "loans", there should be more transparency & better disclosure from management.
