Not sure if anyone has looked at the company's share trading policy but from what I can tell DW can't buy more shares until they release the full results in late August.
Dealing in Company Securities cannot occur during the following blackout periods: (a) From the period 30 June, until one (1) day after the release of the Company’s Annual Financial Results;
If I am understanding this correctly DW and other directors are forced to sit on the sidelines and watch the price drop. I try not to get caught up in blaming instos/bots/shorters but it is interesting that the price started falling heavily from June 30, when none of the insiders could buy. And we all know a certain chairman enjoys buying the dips. Regardless I have bought some more here and feel pretty confident about the next few years.
