It certainly sounds like good news. It would be interesting to know if the port being built as part of the Cameroon-RIO accord is in effect the same port that is one of the SDL project development items.
If yes, it would certainly help to either reduce costs or usage fee for using it (if Cam Iron is to develop the port).
