Well I don't know, I would have thought that the buyer of the 4,000,000 shares would have had to disclose this by now.
Maybe it was Regent and the 4,000,000 shares were part of the 10,228,488 ordinary shares announced on the 30th of July. Time well tell I guess, I'll have to be patient.
