Also, Steve just mentioned in the RedCloud presentation that the soon to be announced partnership agreement with Lilac had to be inline with the potential funding arrangements. Possibly if Lilac takes an equity stake in the Kachi project, and is providing all the filtration pods and beads, then a US based ECA would be happy to supply the rest of the funding?
