The issue is fully underwritten. It will only cost LKO 5% commission to the underwriter for every share underwriter takes on. So that means that LKO doesn't have to try to push SP higher IMHO. I've also received share offer yesterday. As probably everyone else here, not sure yet whether to take it up or not at current levels.
