if as you say bauxite is to run out in 10 yrs..then any person of any intelligence would know that it is in scarce supply and further bauxite needs to be produced near term.
10 yrs supply of any resource is said to be scarce and thus valuable.
bauxite needed in many products.....as population increases, demand for infrastructure does too as well as products etc.
No need to go into this any further as common sense prevails.
As far as getting in, well its much better to get in at 45c prior to production and less than placement. In due time will hit $1.00 and wont be that long. Unless you wanna pay that price or more down the track.
