It is obviuos from the Quarterly Report that this whole coal mining venture was one big con job. What is not obvious is the role that the Board and Management played in that con job.
Was the board:
A. In on the con - in which case they should be investigated by the police.
B. Negligent in their responsibilities - in which case they should be investigated by financial authorities.
C. So unbelievably stupid that they fell for this con job - in which case they should never be allowed to handle sharp objects, let alone run a listed company.
D. All of the above.
Take your pick. I will be using the Share Certificate to line the bottom of the bird cage as that is the most use it will ever have!
