Two questions put to patrys about options. See below:-

1. I have a question on Options, I know that they have up to 2023 until actions needs to occur however, what happens to the options if the company is sold during that period. There is generally a separate deal done with option holders under this scenario. They are generally either exercised or paid out.

1. Secondly, if one needs to realise the options how is payment arranged. Should you wish to exercise your options, you can use the attached option exercise form which also contains Patrys’ bank account details for payment of the exercise price.
