Respiri confirms that the Offer period closed at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 16 July 2021. As one or more of the defeating conditions to the Offer were not waived or satisfied at that time, the Offer lapsed. Adherium shareholders who accepted the Offer will have their acceptances cancelled and will be free to deal with their shares in Adherium Limited as they see fit"
