It is optimistic, but we need metallurgy.. all good to have a resource, but we need to produce a saleable product in the eyes of a buyer. I want to see a 50% TREO concentrate product (with 22% NdPr). Nb is a good plus, perhaps can sell to the ferroniobium companies in Brazil or China.
