Stevo Bhushan have 121,000 listed options plus 7.5m unlisted ones plus the right to another 6.5m options once they have converted 6.5m of their unlisted ones.
Also in the past week 11.68m options have changed hands with price ranging between one tenth and two tenths of a cent - wouldn't surprise me if Bhushan had bought them.
If so then Bhushan could potentially exercise more than 25m options in the next few months, which would cause some dilution but would help them towards the 90%.
Could be it is someone else like Savni or else another party sweating on a higher priced offer from Bhushan, or maybe even someone planning on holding Bhushan to ransome if they get within striking distance of their 90% target.
Eventually we will find out !
