Yes SI keeps reiterating in these recent announcements that Novartis are still onboard. It does not get much clearer.
If Novartis were not onboard at this point and SI is setting high expectations that they are on board then I really don't think he would want to be taking that massive deceiving risk on legally especially in current legal challenged times.
Novartis are still in it is clear - FDA meeting required to paint the full picture for full plan for MSB and Novartis and their detailed next steps and how much cash Novartis really needs to cough up to be part of this.a
