    I don't understand how the PFS went from:
    • NPV8: US$909M post tax
    • IRR: 36.0% (35% post tax*)
    • Capital Cost: US$514 Million**
    To a DFS of:
    NPV8: US$363M post tax
    IRR: 15.2%
    Capital Cost: US$654m
