    Nathan, totally agree.
    BEPPA is cheap finance to BBI and they don't even have to make payments when they are due - just defer them and let them accumulate at a miserly rate until 2012, if need be.

    It is is my understanding that SPARCS and BEPPA are equal in the pecking order.
