This is true Eddie, but we are starting to get into slippery slopes here in regards lifestyle choices and increased risk of illness. I am not sure we want to live in a society where every choice you make is monitored to ensure that an accurate cost of your use to the health care system is accurately calculated.
Things are very different with vaccines for diseases where we can achieve herd immunity. I support using the approach of using the family tax benefit system to encourage people to vaccinate their children so that my children (and everyone else) are not put at risk.
