    Messages from Roly at my request for the JV. Hallo, We, from the largest German stock exchange forum, stock exchange news, invested in FYI, wanted to ask when information about the JV with Alcoa can be expected. Will there be a deal at all? I think it would only be fair to give some feedback to the investors who entrust them with their money. Greetings Ralf Schneider His answer: Hello Ralf There is about 2 weeks left for the exclusivity Agreement to finalize the Alcoa JV. We anticipate news before then. The deal will go ahead if the proposition makes sense and the commercial terms are viable. At this stage discussions are going well. Cheers --- Roly
