    I see it the same way but these macro events may play a bigger part in market sentiment as the year goes on.Not sure how the Oz housing market stands at the moment but here in the NZ,its outer control. I like to think GRV has a place to stand even in a down turn.Ill grab some more if we see a meaningful drop in sp.
