I'm 50:50 about it. Carsome offer was of course more than autohome to make it a serious offer and to get the attention. And yes they want "exclusiveness", to limit the competition. Now that there is no competition and autohome walked (why?), they may not like the books and lower the bid price or worse still walk too. iCar have been burning cash like crazy to biuld the business. On the positive side they do have the strongest footprint in asia.
The wait continues, hopefully not 9 months this time!
