ASIC is investigating this so-called "capper" behaviour. Jimmie has shared a few stories about people went to jail or lose their license because of manipulating the market.

I don't know whether they are cappers or not. Maybe they just want to get out.

If ASIC comes back says "no evidence", then people might blame you. Be aware, some people chose to hold and believe the share is manipulated by cappers.

In most cases, ASIC releases its findings within 28 days since the complaint is lodged.
