Definite change in wording regarding SD and for me is telling us they will be building cash while the opportunity presents itself. There will almost certainly an increase in dividends or a special dividend but they won't be throwing cash around IMO. Its rare to get a chance like this to boost the piggy bank at this rate..
The boost we are getting from IO prices also means new projects will be more expensive to construct. Whatever happens with SD spending , if any, is sometime away.
