My take is:

(e) large investors looking to discourage retail holders from taking up their entitlements so they can hoover up the shortfall at 5.9c

The offer closes on Friday and they know that a lot of retail holders will wait until late in the game before deciding. A sudden, unexplained dip may influence their decisions.

I suspect that in six months you won't be much worried about missing the dip. I support my decision to take up my offer by reminding myself that my money went to Redflow in support of their business (and my investment).
