I agree those tiny volume sell downs are annoying but it is a good sign as cappers and accumulator are trying to shake weak hands to accumulate more shares. In nutshell they know PSL shares will be worth more after drilling. I take it as a pullish sign even though it is annoying to watch it happening everyday.
