there were a lot of shares that need to be washed out in the in specie distribution to Kula Gold shareholders.
There were 150M Geopacific shares (Consideration and Shares) given pre consolidation.
A few stale Kula Gold and Geopacific shareholders still around kicking the can down the road. Once they are out then full value will be seen.
The top 20 has dramatically changed from a couple of years back, for the better I believe.The company then and the company now is chalk to cheese.
I spent half a hour reading up on the company from 2018 to now and I have pick this up…
Anyone with an ounce of investment experience would know this.
Anyway, not here to care whether anyone buys or sells, just forming an opinion based on facts not emotion.
