Thanks for your post. I hadn't noticed that. I did read the following info below, and thought it would be good if the company announced an update to the status of the "recommencement of work".

"In late 2007 the Government of Niger declared a state of alert (“Mise en Garde”) in the Agadez area and intensified its military presence there. This was to deal with the increasing threats to public safety from activities by the rebel Touareg Niger Movement for Justice (MNJ) and bandits throughout the region. The state of alert remains in place. The Government of Niger has indicated its willingness to negotiate with the rebel Touareg and this gives some hope that there will be an improvement in the security situation so that exploration can resume. In the meantime a state of “force majeure” exists on NGM’s exploration permits and field work and expenditure requirements have been suspended.

Reports of recent re-commencement of work in the region have been confirmed and the Company is assessing its options in this regard."
