It seems like I misunderstood how the Hotcopper Forum works. You can only comment on stocks you hold and then presumably only bullish commentary as well? Posting a very relevant article about the company (from South Africa's leading financial website) is not welcomed by forum members and triggers insults? Very strange way to view and consider investments. I personally like reading some balanced commentary so that I can assess both the pros and cons of any potential investment.
Not sure who this "Sparta" is you refer to. I simply follow South African news as I have family living there and worked as a geologist not far from Prieska. As I said in my comment - I hope they can resolve this as I generally want companies to succeed and get on with mining. I have no vested interest in seeing the project failing (or the share price falling). Surely it makes sense though to consider these facts as this is a real problem in South Africa (did you see the news about the extensive riots and looting in the last week?) Rio have still not re-started their operation in Richards Bay by the way.
Very tempted to click the "Held" button this time to avoid further insults.
