the banks were being flooded with profits being taken out of everything so had to shovel the money out the door for a while and they got a bit conned by hopefuls wanting too much so the banks had to get dumpsters in place to collect it back off the hopefuls so its a big merry go round of changing from being suckers to sucking for a while until it all evens out in a few years time. Just so long as no-one falls in a huge hole anywhere along the way, everything will be just like its all happened before.
