Very strategic of PLL to partner SYA and have a safety net. LAC is also having problem with its Thackers pass with an environmental lawsuit.
SYA is growing in importance in this role. This again shows the value of a derisked SYA and the importance of government support. This is where the valuation for SYA also falls behind.
Grossly undervalued at this point in time.
