I agree with you @ 10, the directors are big holder, they don't want to give cheap price and big dilution.
just waiting for the ANN, I had grabbed 1m shares, will grab another 1m when my fund available, I sold my share after one year to minimise tax, so will hold KGD at least one year hoping 5-10 bags, I think it is great investment in KGD. DYOR
