Legal governance issue.

Look. This is not good. Cro need to sort out their legal governance area. Perhaps they require someone in charge who understands this and is on the ball to execute on legal governance - this has happened too often to not be something that needs addressing... they need an experienced person in charge of legal governance.

Reality has not changed - definition has.
However, if you are investing, the reality is that there is simply a disagreement in definition here. The ASX says - not material. CRO says material. This is not an Ann to say, the contracts revenue has been canned, or customers have pulled out. The market will understand the material nature of this. And if not now, they certainly will in a few weeks or a month's time - when the revenue turns up.

It just means we have to wait a bit longer.
