The turned down offer 20% above stx sp was for 100% of the company.
The 20% below is for 8% of the company so who is to say that the price for the remaining 92% does not increase to an amount where the turned down offer was indeed the lesser amount. If your reply is the price won't go up or perhaps won't reach that mark then why has stx purchased.
