BP only offers retail if you have an account with them, they did 4DX and the broker basically said unless you move to us you have no chance of getting any.
They use any in-demand raise as leverage to draw in business...
Highly unethical but most of what they do is
I would be equally surprised if DW had any say in using them as they have some factually incorrect analyst info out on other DW companies
