1. Research the coy company - AIS anywhere. Checkout Merger presentation. 2. Research Murali , Narendra and other new additions background / History. 3. Checkout Due diligence process.
Then you will know why ASX did not allow them to relist.
Unfortunately I can't share what I found on a public forum, it is your money - your investment - you should research not to repeat the same mistake.
