You would have to talk to Pat Hammond further about that.
As I understand it, the community moderators do not have the capacity to ban posters and I doubt much would be achieved anyway as the offending person could always return under another nic.
The community can act - as it did with Sliderule and his many aliases- but it does appear to take a fair bit of provocation by a poster to cause such a thing.
In any event I doubt we will have seen the last of it/her/him.
Can I suggest you perhaps put Calrisian on ignore gp ?
