Class action against ISX will only happen if there is a court outcome favouring ASX, and detailing that shareholders were deceived/defrauded. This will be tough to prove. Even then, I'm not sure who'd be entitled to be part of the class action - it may be that you have to have held at the time of the AGM, may be that you had to hold through the suspension. May be both. Very unclear.
Class action against ASX simply can't happen. If ASX get trounced and it is directly proven that their suspension was 100% bogus, then ISX will be heavily compensated directly, and shareholders benefit by that. Shareholders can't then sue ASX again for the same thing as they've already been compensated through ISX...
