Understand your frustration, you must be in it for the short term and you may have missed the opportunity to sell at +4c, hopefully that opportunity will come back soon for you and others who want to sell.
But your statement about the top 20 shareholders is incorrect and misleading, if you compared the TOP 10 now versus one year back, you would find that some of the key holders accumulated and strengthen their positions in Helix.
