I worry about anyone who describes themselves in professional terms as 'leaderships coach'. WTF is that. It doesnt mean anything. She might well be good but that is a huge worry for me. Just another staff cost who add to expense but may delivers no experience in FMCG.
But then again its not like FOD is going to get tier 1 executive level talent. Why would you.
