As if Sports Rorts and Carpark Rorts weren't bad enough for a government addicted to scandals, rorts, waste and worse.

According to the report referenced below, Labor's Kristina Kenneally is alleging that Morrison's Government has established an $800 million election slush bucket for manufacturing rorts to be decided at the whim of Scott Morrison:
