I’m very confident that with a ramp like that you’ll be buying more when the news comes out?! haha. Nice to hear what you ‘reckon’ but you clearly have no idea how stocks in this sector are valued!! Your valuation is comical. This company already operates at a loss, now has huge labour market shortages to counter (potentially worsening the gross margins into negative territory), the cash isn’t real NTA (it’s just an illusion as they choose to take a haircut to get paid upfront — without disclosure to the market) and all will be revealed when the pump ends and the full year end accounts come out.

There are other stocks in the same sector with lower risk and credible management trading at a third the price relative to order book, NTA, EBITDA and NPAT.

Anyone investing now should really do some actual research.

The Co. has just announced a significant material contract is pending. It is an ultra positive signal, give it a rest with the negativity at least until we all understand the new contract and associated risk etc.

As someone who has spent over 12 years in the Industry - upfront payments are quite common and no they are not reflective of a haircut.
You would be surprised how easy it is to deal with Tier 1 clients who have deep pockets and how accommodating they are.
