    The same thing happened to VEN after they announced the entitlement offer at 6c. There was a lot of selling at 5.8-6c. The retail participation wasn't high and Regal ended up with the underwritten shares. They paid less than the cap raise price.

    I am not sure why VEN is going down now. May be following MEL's lead rolleyes.png As you said, the Vali-3 announcement is imminent.
