atocha deal close, page-9

yes a capital raising would be expected before the year is out. i know Justin has been talking to some serious investors who want a big slice of Pryme, but he is reluctant do the raising at current shareprice to prevent existing shareholders from being overly diluted... would prefer above 25 cents!!! so will need to get moving with Atocha to see an improvemnt coz Four rivers isnt going to get us above 25 c.... or we need a massive jump in oil and gas prices to bump up the revenues.
