I no longer have an interest in MLS. I got out as soon as the prospect of legal action arose a year or so ago. I was disappointed at the time because the companies prospects in Namibia had sounded reasonably promising.

I was just thinking about the money that was paid by MLS to RRA. If RRA was not incorporated, then it apparently accepted the payment under false pretensions and the money was, in fact, received wrongfully by the individual owner. I would imagine that his actions were surely fraudulent, whether intensionally so, or not. It is difficult to accept that he should get both the money and the return of his mineral prospects just because of some point of law.

However, I'm no lawyer; nor do I have a clue about Namibian law. I'm only commenting about what would seem to be equitable, or not.

In any case, I hope those who still hold MLS eventually have some better news and cme out of it OK.
