The grades are what they are regardless of expectations and to date have been within the 10-15% variation quarter on quarter that Mel has mentioned. If we are into the better part of the mine as expected then we maybe on the right side of that variation this quarter..

The average grades based on reserves look to be the go to number to use for this mine with variations either side of it..

As wassa pointed out in his excellent post when prices are high they can put through lower grade ore profitably , be it from the ROM pad or the mine itself, that can have a downward effect on grades overall but increase mine life.

I wouldn't take too much notice of mined vs processed ore , it changes constantly for any number of reasons, without knowing what stock they have on the ROM last quarters excess may be a build up of reserves after using a lot in the previous quarter, but it will get processed at some point regardless...
